14 days to change your mind
You can cancel your order and return it within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason.
How to return an order
- Email us at hallo.magliebe@outlook.com with your order number and tell us you want to return it. You can use the form at the bottom of this page.
- We reply with the return instructions.
- Send the kit back within 14 days of telling us. It must be unused and in its original packaging.
You pay the cost of sending the return.
Refunds
We refund the full amount you paid to your original payment method within 14 days of the day you told us you are cancelling. We may wait until the return has arrived, or until you have sent us proof that you posted it.
Damaged, wrong or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or is not what you ordered, email us at hallo.magliebe@outlook.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or refund you, at no cost to you.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer law of your country, including the legal guarantee for faulty goods.
