Ordering

By placing an order you offer to buy the products in your cart. The contract is made when we confirm your order by email. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly. If we do, we refund anything you have already paid.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency of your region and include VAT where it applies. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at checkout using one of the payment methods offered there.

Returns

You can cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. The details are in our Refund policy.

Faulty products

If a product is faulty or not as described, you have the rights given to you by the consumer law of your country. Email us and we will repair, replace or refund it.
