Free shipping

Shipping is free on every order.

Delivery time

Orders usually arrive within 8 to 12 days of the day you order. You get an email as soon as your order has been shipped.

Where we ship

We ship to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, the United Arab Emirates, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia and Singapore.

Customs and import charges

For orders delivered inside the European Union there are no extra customs charges on delivery. For orders delivered outside the European Union, your local customs office may charge import duties or taxes. These are not included in our prices and are paid by the recipient.

Problems with a delivery

If your order has not arrived after 20 days, or arrives damaged, email us at hallo.magliebe@outlook.com with your order number and we will sort it out.
